Mark’s Off Madison is committed to facilitating the accessibility and usability of its website, marksoffmadison.com, for all people with disabilities. This website is designed and tested to conform with the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA (WCAG 2.2 AA), the standard referenced for the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What we have done

• Our menus are published as web pages, not only as PDFs, so they can be read with a screen reader, enlarged without scrolling sideways, and viewed comfortably on a phone.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to main content” link.
• Photographs carry text descriptions, and text meets WCAG contrast requirements.
• Motion is reduced for visitors who ask their device for reduced motion.

Ongoing efforts

Our website is tested on a periodic basis with assistive technology such as screen readers and screen magnifiers. Some content comes from third parties — reservations (Resy), delivery (ChowNow) and nationwide shipping (Goldbelly) — and is outside our direct control, though we work with those providers to address issues.
